Privacy Policy.

Dragonix Interactive ("DGX", "we") operates dgx.co.id and the products within it (DGX Hub, WA Gateway, Travel, Toko, etc). This document explains what data we collect, why, and how we store & delete it.

Short version: we collect as little as possible, sell data to no one, and you can request deletion anytime.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Contact form

When you fill out the contact form, we store:

• Name, email, and WhatsApp number (optional)
• Your message / project description
• The project type you selected
• Submission timestamp + IP address (for anti-spam)

We use this only to reply to your inquiry via email or WhatsApp. Not shared with any third party except the email service (Gmail / SMTP provider we use).

1.2 Cookies & analytics

We use Matomo Analytics (self-hosted at analytics.dgx.co.id) to see which pages are popular, what countries visitors come from, and what devices they use. Matomo stores small cookies (_pk_*) to remember sessions.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or cross-site trackers.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or use incognito mode - it won't change your experience using this site.

1.3 Product data (Hub, WA Gateway, Travel, etc)

For products that require login, data storage is governed by each product's own Privacy Policy. Contact admin@dgx.co.id for product-specific DPA / processor agreements.

2. How data is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in Vercel KV (Singapore region), then emailed to admin@dgx.co.id via SMTP. KV entries auto-delete after 90 days.

Matomo analytics data is stored on our Indonesia-region servers, 12-month retention, then aggregated/deleted.

3. Your rights

Under Indonesia's PDP Law (Law No. 27/2022), you have the right to:

• Know what data we have about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
• Withdraw consent anytime
• File a complaint with the Ministry of Communications and Informatics

Just email admin@dgx.co.id with subject "PDP Request" - we reply within 7 business days.

4. Third-party processors

Sub-processors we use:

• Vercel - hosting + KV storage (Singapore region)
• SMTP provider - email delivery (Mailgun / Gmail SMTP)
• Google Fonts - serving web fonts (no individual cookie / tracking)

No other party has access to your personal data.

5. Minors

Our products are not directed at users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you're a parent and find your child has submitted data, contact us to delete it.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may change. The latest version is always on this page. Substantial changes will be announced via banner on the site + email to product account holders.
